So after a year on auto fill i am overloaded. Express Scripts send meds. in advance and 3 months worth at a time so you get overloaded.

I just received a charge for $300 for a medication as it is early in the year and I have not med my deductible. I explained that it was just too expense for me and I did not know until I opened my package to see the bill. I take meds for severe Anxiety and mild Depression. The anxiety caused by a lareg bill you cant afford is not great.

Here is my complaint: Because my request for a return was over $100 I was told I would need a supervisor approval. The rep. could only process up to $100 returns. When I got the supervisor, I could tell immediately from here voice she was annoyed and I was going to get shut down. I was very calm and nice and explained I need to change to a cheaper med a return this one. Her response. "We don't take returns". Why I asked? "There is no reason, it's just our policy". If you don't take returns why was I told I needed a supervisor to approve a return over $100? "You were given bad information we don't take returns". This is all I need to hear to know that customer service culture at Express Scripts sucks.

I don't get it. Why give me a $100 "courtesy" credit and lose me forever as a customer instead of re-stocking the medication. I don't feel like you have offered me any "courtesy". If there are laws I get it...but I was not told that.

Incompetent & Apathetic!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $213.

Preferred solution: Take the product back and offer a full refund. .
