Requested a refill on the app, next day checked and found the medicine was being delayed for approval from the dr for home delivery. Ironic because i was being forced to use express scripts by my insurance.
Contacted my dr and they sent a new prescription. Next delay came when i was contacted by express scripts that they needed payment approval, i had already approved this on the app 2 days before. Called and spoke to customer service and was assured my med's would ship within 24 hours. Checked the app and found my meds would not ship for another 4 days.
Called agai and spoke to customer service and a supervisor to no avail.
In short exspress scripts is charging $50 a month for medicine i was getting for $25 from publix and taking 8 days to ship medicine i could pick up next day. Worst customer service of any company i have ever used and that includes AT&T
