They like taking your premium but will not even provide you with a receipt. The call-in service is a long day of waiting, being passed to person to person and then being told they will not help you.

Pay a little more and at lest get some customer service.

I responded to their comment above and sent them the information. They emailed me and told me that they will pass it along to their billing office. The continual poor service loop.
