Refusing to follow my doctors orders.

I have a skin condition requiring my to use an a topical solution. My Doctor sent the script to you, 60 mls per week for 1 year. Thats 15 bottles for a 4 month supply. The pharmacist gave me only 4 bottles. Thats for 4 months, Thats only good for 1 month. I told him he's not my doctor. He never called me or my Doctor. He billed me for 3 months and only got 1 month. He told me he has the power to limit my medication. He's not my Doctor

I can't log on to reorder my medications. I'm 85, an Air Force veteran, and have been using Express scripts for about four years. Last week express scripts emailed me to reorder my medications. After getting through the Tricare questions and the Express scripts password, it says one moment, then the screen goes dark and a circular symbol starts. I've tried everything I know how to do and I'm in need of medications soon.

Unable to reach customer service anymore

I received an email message saying that Express Scripts was unable to contact my doctor concerning a prescription that he has sent (multiple times because ES keeps losing it.) When I called Express Scripts at their 800-282-**** there is nothing but silence, and then the call is disconnected on the other end after around 15 seconds. I have also called their 800-711-**** technical support number. Same thing, no matter how many times I call or which telephones I use.

User's recommendation: Use a different pharmacy if possible.
