Express Scripts - Incompetent, rude, argumentative

Called asking about a plan provision. What I was told did not come close to what I was sent via mail. The rrp argued with me insisting he was right. When he finally acknowledged his error he provided no apology. I asked to be escalated to a higher level supervisor and he refused. All I can say about Express Scripts is AMATEUR OPERATION! Beware

They like taking your premium but will not even provide you with a receipt. The call-in service is a long day of waiting, being passed to person to person and then being told they will not help you. Pay a little more and at lest get some customer service. Terrible...
