I received approval in writing to cover my Victoza. After the window closed to make changes they then wrote to me and advised me they would not cover the Victoza which has a price tag of over $600.00 retail My doctor wrote to them. I tried everything. I complained here some months ago, received the same email I have seen here from Stephanie promising that Express Scripts would call me back, and got absolutely no reach out. I have since had another problem on another script that it took a month to sort out...blaming my doctor for lack of a renewal, even when my doctor produced a copy of the script.

Ever since Express Scripts bought Medco I have had many issues with receiving prescriptions, billing etc.. Their app stinks and can not be trusted to process orders. This should be an easy process. I have spent too much time waiting on hold to speak to Customer Service and go round an round with them. There are two of us on one policy and they want to force auto shipping on you but if you do they will charge to the wrong credit card on file as a default. Even though I signed up for notifications on order status I hardly receive them and orders have come 2 weeks late. They claim they are being taken over by Aneta soon and everything should be fixed but I do not have any faith it will.

Been waiting over a week for my prescription. They say they need more information from my doctor. Called my doctor and they told me they hadn't heard any request from Express Scripts. Cancelled my order but Express Scripts sent through my insurance, now I am stuck and can't get a prescription because insurance processed; been without my meds for over a week; what a mess!

If your insurance coverage is from an employer, that's the place to start loudly complaining about the problem---they picked the insurance company. If you picked the insurance company and have this problem, find another.

I don't have the time now to respond. Need to go to the local store to pick up my out of pocket blood pressure meds.

The automatic refill thru escripts has failed me once again!!! Thanks for the poor service and lack of ability to do your part. By the way if you try to contact my Dr. again on a sunday they don't work or count it as a part of the 48hour response time.

let me know when the automatic service does work so i can sign up again. I could be another lost customer.

I was transferred three times and back to same person on hold 45 minutes between each transfer. Totally not acceptable. Never got to the right person and then after two hours and twenty five minutes on hold I got disconnected! Check their customer service rating before committing to a part d plan.

To Stephanie @ Express Scrips, I’ve already contacted personal at Express Scripts after I got an email that my medication was put on review. Express Scripts, Blue Cross Blue Shield & Accredo had from November 11th until December that I should have been contacted informing me for the need of a AP review.

Instead I was scheduled a home delivery date of December 27th for my Humira. Then I receive an email on December 26th that the order was on hold. I understand AP because the medication cost $6000 a month, and Blue Cross does not want to pay for it. Unfortunately I have an Crippling Autoimmune Condition that’s not just going to go away.

Without my injection every 14 days my life is *** and extremely painful. So forgive me if I am not moved by your lackluster response to my complaint.
