I joined a health plan in 2018 that uses express Scripts as a primary pharmacy.They took their sweet time getting me my cards.

I called and was told to go ahead and fill my prescriptions at a local pharmacy, and I would be reimbursed once I received my proof of coverage with an active date that predated my prescription filling. I walked through the process as requested, and now their response to me??? Sorry....you should have used or waited for your cards. Never mind the fact that I needed the medicine.

I honestly believe they do not care one bit about the health of their customers. What a bunch of liars and thieves!

Such terrible business practices.Stay away from them.
