Had question about new medicine - if appropriate for someone with afib. This is after Express Scripts stopped covering medicine I have used successfully for years.
I went on line to where I could submit question to Prescriptions Specialist. Got email saying "best if spoke to customer service representative".
Called them. They put me on hold. Still waiting after 1 hour on hold.
I doubt whether customer service can answer my medication suitability question. Needs knowledgeable person.
They do not care to serve customers or to address serious questions about customer health.
I have been okay with their website and timely reminders and delivery of medicines, but this will turn me off on them.
