Yes, yes and yes!! I'm handling my 92 year old father's meds and dealing with Express Scripts has been a nightmare.

They genuinely don't care whether a patient does or does not have his meds. My dad's doctor's staff says that Express Scripts does NOT communicate with them when refills are needed. (I believe them because we've been with them for 30 years and this was never a problem until now.) Express will insist that they try to get refills from the doctor's office and can never get through. Interesting that I -- as a mere lay person -- never seem to have problem.

My dad is not always alert so he sometimes blames me for his meds running out, when it is this company that is consistently allowing his supply to go to zero pills and beyond. I hope the UAW retirees' plan find another supplier and SOON.

Echo every compliant listed here and under Medco | Express Scripts

I can identify with every complaint listed here. Especially the ones related to the website, customer service and specialty pharmacy. I have never encountered a company in more desperate need of competent management. I found the last sentence of the company's profile listed on this page to be a fitting explanation: "The United States Department of Defense's Tricare program is the biggest client of the company". When the government is paying most of your bills and your largest client segment is used to government-quality service, the bar is pretty low. I have several times in frustration asked this company if they were trying to be just like Obamacare. I was kidding of course, but it seems that I wasn't that far from the truth...
