It does not matter if you contact them online or on the phone, they always disappoint, be it not responding to the what is written to them about their horrible service, or not processing payments even when payments are made multiple times on their website and confirmation is obtained, thus having them cancel orders making it necessary to pay retail at a pharmacy, (which they of course decline to authorize, so one has to pay the retail cost and Express Scripts tries to levy a penalty for not using their sad excuse for a pharmacy service). If you call you end up on hold for most of the four hours that you are transferred from one person to the next who gives you a different price (one of my Rx I got quotes that included, Zero because you have met your out of pocket, to 200 dlls to 550 dlls and just pennies shy of 1700 dlls) nobody could give me the same amount of doses that would be dispensed either.

Ultimatly when I confronted the supervisor about the confusion, I got a bigoted comment from him and was disconnected. Horrible and potentially life threatening, but that's how Express Scripts does business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: exempt me from your dangerous and lifethreatening service.
