I was transferred three times and back to same person on hold 45 minutes between each transfer. Totally not acceptable. Never got to the right person and then after two hours and twenty five minutes on hold I got disconnected! Check their customer service rating before committing to a part d plan.

Telephone tree | Express Scripts

I work for a physician. I received a fax from express scripts. I even had a case number to reference the issue. I called the number listed. I spent 45 minutes being transferred to one person, who asking for my information, the patient's information to the next person. having to repeat this process 3 times. I don't have 45 minutes to waste. And repeating everything to 3 different people.

Longest waiting time ever on phone | Express Scripts

I also had bad experience with Express Script yesterday when I tried to call the appeal customer service, a lady said there wasn’t even a form to file for the appeal; then she put me on hold for more than half an hour while not helping me, and I was on hold for nothing. I waited too long, so I said hello...are you there...... no sound but silent. All I heard was the echo of my own voice. That was very unprofessional and careless for their customers. I was extremely upset but not sure where to complain until found this site and read others’ reviews. ......

Sending prescriptions after being asked not to send unless we call | Express Scripts

Started sending prescriptions from several different doctors and charging my checking account. I asked before to not send prescriptions unless we call or order through the sight. Now they are sending all sorts of medicine and charging my checking account. I called and talked to a representative and she told me that the doctors sent in prescription which they didn't do. I could not convince this woman of that. I finally got frustrated and ended the call with no resolution. .
