Filed a complaint with the BBB and only after they contacted Express Scripts twice, did ES apply a "courtesy co-payment credit" of $13.89 to my account. The actual loss of money and time spent will not be recovered, but the lesson learned here is ES will do the right thing, as long as the customer persists and engages the assistance of others, like the BBB.

I signed up for Express Scripts' Worry Free Refills program. I should have worried.

A shipment failed to arrived at my address, a secure US postal box, but when I contacted Express Scripts, their response was that since USPS said it was delivered, then it was delivered.

It was not their fault nor my fault, yet they refused to discuss any possible delivery errors. They would not send a replacement, but would send an early refill, to be processed within 3-5 days; however that was three weeks ago and there has been absolutely no progress other than highly courteous emails begging my forgiveness and understanding.

Monetary Loss: $50.
