I rarely check my emails. I do no answer my cell phone unless I know the number because of the endless people trying to sell me useless crap.

I did not get the medicine in the mail, been using Express scripts for years, their customer service is some of the worse people to deal with. Thankfully I have only had to call them a few times, but each time it has been horrible. I received my first notification of I owed them money today, the email was sent about a week or so ago, saying I owed them money. I called, I told the girl I did not receive the medicine, I went and got the last bottle I had received, it was dated late April, I assume I got it early May, and I sent my $24 payment.

Last I have gotten. I was told they sent me some in August, I told them I never got it. They said since they called me, and told me they sent it, I still had to pay for it. WHAT?

I never spoke to anyone. I told them I refused to pay. I told them That the package could have been put in anyones box, I get other peoples mail all the time. I was told that they would stop my Tricare from getting any meds?

Really? They can stop me getting any meds because I get one medication filled with them? I got news for Express Scripts. I never got it, never got one bill in the mail for it since they said it was left in my box, nothing.

Now I am being held up.

Tricare already paid them over $100 plus for the meds, that I never got, now they want $24 more, for pills I never got. This is a huge rip off to me and Tricare.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $24.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Express Scripts Pros: 90 day supply of medicine delivered to your residence.
