I as a MS patient with special needs I should not have to spend nine hours of my time to find your mistakes. You have an antiquated system and your threats to a sick person made me ill.

What if I did not have the money to pay which I have. Your letter states the service for you meds will be interrupted Acreedo does not send bills, unbelievable.

I can only hope your unethical practices lead to a class action. You send the bill to the primary ins holder which is not the responsible party.

Priemera Blue Cross should drop you and all affiliates.

I didn't like: Careless workers, Denying compound med reimbursement possible conflict of interest, Failure to follow directions.
