Express Scripts - Trying to get zolpidem 10 mg 1/2 to 1 tablet po at bedtime as needed
The worst of worst of customer SERVICE or the lack of none !!!! I have been trying to get this refilled since the end of March and all of April and I am still waiting !!
Contacted my MY MD'S OFFICE ABOUT DOING THE NEW SCRIPT TO YOU AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THEY HAVE SENT IT AND THEY HAVE HAD TO SEND IN 2 X AN ORDER FOR THESE TABLETS TO THE LOCAL PHARMACY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CALLED ON TUESDAY MAY 10TH AND TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE TO CHECK AND I WANTED THIS TO BE SENT OVERNIGHT AND SHE ADVISED ME THAT THE ORDER WOULD BE SEND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ME AT NO CHARGE....GOT THE ESOMEPRAZOLE MAG TODAY BUT STILL NO ZOLPIDEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!! STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN DOING MY PRESCRIPTIONS WITH MEDICO AND NOW EXPRESS SCRIPTS FOR SOME TIME NOW BUT DO NOT KNOW IF I WILL CONTINUE !!!!
I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH TRYING TO GET A REFILL ON THIS MEDICATION ON ANOTHER TIME BEFORE BUT THIS IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!
KNOW THAT IT IS REALLY BAD WHEN YOU CANNOT GET TO SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE ADVISE...WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE YOU EMPLOYING ?????????????????????????
