Express Scripts - Shipping errors
4 shipping errors in the last year.
1. Sent 30 day supply instead of 90 day supply, then said that they needed a new prescription in order to send the 60 days they shorted me. 5 phone calls, 3 faxes and 3 weeks to resolve.
2. Sent 3 pills from a prescription that was supposed to be a three-week supply. Really? Doesn't a trained pharmacist do this... how can they think that 3 pills is right?
3. Instead of one tube of a prescription, they send 1 case (and charged for the entire case). When I tried to rectify it, they said they couldn't receive any returned meds, and couldn't credit me since they had sent them.
4. Shipped medicine by UPS that is not to be stored at less than 30 degrees. UPS left it on the porch in sub-zero weather for the entire weekend. The medicine was damaged and Express Scripts blamed me.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
