NUMEROUS calls, each day, checking in on the status of my young Son's post organ transplant medication. Firstly they stopped shipment, due to insurance hitch WITH OUT calling me to notify. Been on med for a year. Dr. writes scrip for 3 months. 90 pills for 90 days. ES sends recent batch with 45 pills. Even label says it was supposed to be 90. Call to ES results in cordial exchange, email apology, but no action or correction. Med runs out, try to reorder. Oops, my error because it is not 90 days yet. I received a package in the mail earlier this year, thought it was something I ordered off the internet so I opened it. It was a bottle of prescription medication from Express Scripts. I can't believe that this company is allowed to do business ! They are definitely the *** bag of the Pharmaceutical industry. After waiting more than 2 weeks for a new Rx they sent me an email saying it was not covered any longer. When I asked why the response was hilarious! "I'm not medically trained so I don't know." I ordered insulin on July 9. Since we never have any Rx handled properly or smoothly with them we called to verify when it would ship sine we are leaving town on Thursday. We were assured it had shipped and would be received today Tuesday. Surprise another lie. You call and they read from the same excuse list over and over. Oh and apologies. Express scripts sent me 2 antiinflammatory meds 2 weeks after my back improved. This cost me $80. They take it from your credit card without your knowledge, and if your MD accidentally sends it there instead of the local one there is nothing you can do about it. I called and fought but got nowhere. I did tell them to discontinue my account as I will be only working with my local pharmacy. Add comment

My (life saving) prescripton is MIA. Called customer service and was told "if it was that important I would pay out of pocket and spend a day in the ER to get a new prescription" as they REFUSE to send a replacement for something that, per their tracking, is lost. I had a call from Express Scripts that I had a balance due on my account, however, I was unable to understand the voicemail message to return the call. Every order is something new, I always need to call and try to fix my order. They insist on sending every prescription in separate orders and on different days. I still don't understand how this is easier and cheaper than a local pharmacy. Why are they using the USPS and not the more reliable UPS?
