I have celiac disease and they have repeatedly given me medication WITH gluten in it regardless of the fact we have spelled out the manufacturer and WHAT needs to be send. NOW 3 times they have sent the wrong medication and if I taken it - I could have gone into to shock or at least swelled up to a point of going to the emergency room. We have spent hours on the ph and they require now MY doctor to give the manuf even when it is a PHARMACY's JOB... Read more

I have been forced to order my daily medication through the mail since the fall. I do not usually write reviews. This is the first review I have ever written about any company- that's how bad it is. I have NEVER received my medication on time. NEVER. OH YEAH. At least 3 hours on the phone THIS WEEK alone trying to figure out why husband can't get any drugs since 1st of FEBUARY. Not on Auto-refill. My issues started with Express Scripts in January when our plan changed (without my knowledge). I showed up at the pharmacy and the monthly prescription that usually costs me $5.00 suddenly costs me $125.00. I am 67 years old and have never experienced a more dispicable, incompetent, no considering of patients needs and overall customer service in my life. And these pigs are in charge of our life saving medications. They filled a prescription without authorization from me. To date I have never received any prescription from them but they are billing me for the prescription at a rate 3 times higher than my local pharmacy. How can a company receive payment from your insurance company and Bill you at a co-pay amount 3 times that of your local store do anyone any good? When I changed my insurance I had no choice but to order my monthly prescription through Express Scripts. My doctor sent in my prescription for my exact medication to Express Scripts. I then received the wrong medication in the mail. I called Express Scripts to explain that they had sent me the wrong medicine and they as said they would send me the correct medicine. I have had the worse experience with this company. I am forced to use this crappy company because it's the only way to get my medication. They were requesting the most ridiculous things from my doctor who contacted them several times to verify my script. You have to jump through hoops to get some good service from express scripts. Shame on Express Scripts!! I take citalopram 30 mg and have for years. I am new with Express Scripts because our health insurance changed and am so disgusted... First red flag: Went to CVS to get med- was told ES will only allow a 10 day supply for "this type of medication." Oh really? So they want 3 copays a month.
