4 shipping errors in the last year. 1. Sent 30 day supply instead of 90 day supply, then said that they needed a new prescription in order to send the 60 days they shorted me. 5 phone calls, 3 faxes and 3 weeks to resolve. 2. I tried using them prior. They said they would save me money. All they did was stress me out with mistake after mistake. I spent countless hours as did my Dr., trying to straighten things out. Dr. begged me to quit using them. I gladly did. But now? My insurance company is forcing me to use them for my insulin. It's use them or do without. Dr. changed me to an insulin pen. As a company that supplies pharmacuticals Express Scripts/Acredo has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. A prescription for treating a life endangering condition went undelivered for 30 days despite constant emails and phone calls. We used to have world class service with Tricare when we could use CVS and Walgreen's. Then they kicked out Walgreen's. Now we have to always use Express Scripts. Express Scripts is awful. They can't get anything right. I have a full unused year of all of my blood pressure meds. They just ship it so they can take a sale. How is that saving money?? Express Scripts incorrectly billed my insurance (Anthem) for a prescription. Of course I called Anthem first, had a wonderful customer service experience where the customer service representative walked me through the entire claim process. I was given a ticket number and given a specific department and phone number to call at Express Scripts. I am having surgery in June and need to administer Bactroban nasally once for each of 5 days. Express Scripts sent me 22 administrations at a cost of $80. When I contacted them to inquire why this occurred, I was informed by an alleged pharmacist that the physician wrote the prescription that way because the 5 administrations I actually need would cost in excess of $77. I've stumbled on this post, but have been trying to resolve a similar issue with ES. I also had an issue a couple of years ago where a script for antibiotics was sent to them and I was told it would not ship for "5 days", yet for an additional cost I could get it sooner. I called express scripts on behalf of my mother because they keep sending her prescritions on a plan caller worry free. My mother called several times to stop this set up plan, but they never notated it. On April, 8th I called because we recieved a box of medicatin that we did not order and don't need. This company is a nightmare. Every customer service and supervisor you speak to tells you something different. They lie about when the meds are being shipped, they call you 4-5 times a day and every message they leave is a different message. When you call them back they don't know why they called you and then get RUDE. If you need your meds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
