Verizon forces their employees to use these idiots. My husband and I both have prescriptions we take daily. I have a prescription for Operamazole, a very common drug. My doctor gave me a prescription with 12 refills, which I first filled at my local pharmacy. Now it's time for the 3rd refill, so I am forced to go to Express Scripts. I sent the request to them 3 full weeks before I would run... Read more

Service extremely slow, they are rude on the phone. They try to get your doctor to give you a temp prescription to cover their mistakes. 2 weeks to fill a prescription ....... 15 minutes at the drug store ... Cant wait till open enrollment in November so I can change Health care insurance. I called and they said 7 days to transfer my prescriptions to mail order and I call back on the 7th and now... I got a refill on a scar cream and then a phone call shortly after. They said "do you know how much that cost?" I was then lectured by some rude woman about how I should have contacted them to report wherever I got my prescription from for fraud! I have used this pharmacy for over 2 years, depending on where I am stationed, I have what I need sent to my parents house. They then proceeded to try... Read more

I filled out a survey and during the survey, wanted to go ahead and use a telemedicine doctor to hopefull prescribe me a migraine cream that was available, and something for my joint pain. I have suffered for 6 years with migraines and can not take pain medication and be on duty. I tried a cream before that worked well for the pain, I thought I could also try headache. I received medications in... Read more

i have spent many hours over many months trying to resolve problems with this company. At least ten people have told me ten different things and my problems with them just keep growing. Now they have decided that I need fewer pills than my doctor prescribed for a chronic condition that is so bad that I am on SSDI and for which I was hospitalized for one week. This med and another that is... Read more

I have used Nexium for several years. All of a sudden they want prior authorization from my doctor to refill. He does that. They don't send it because "it isn't covered." (It is!). 2 weeks later of daily phone calls; they want prior authorization and my doctor sends it in again. They still say the don't have it. Another week goes by. Now they tell me that the managed care dept. says it needs... Read more

I receive a medication through ExpressScripts that I need to take every day. Because it is a controlled substance, they will not send a refill until the previous prescription has expired. At times, therefore, I don't receive the new prescription until several days after the previous one has expired, leaving me for days without this medication. This time I called on the expiration date and, after... Read more

Had an issue with a delivered med. Called in on 2/9/15 and asked to speak to a manager. Was put through to Troi S (at ext 237620). She seemed helpful and told me that I needed to get a prior auth. Then said Express Scripts would fill the original quantity on my prescription...without me having to call back in. I immediately got my doctor to give the prior auth and Aetna confirmed. I waited... Transferred over to them to try 'mail order convenience'. Nothing has been convenient about this experience. I registered my credit card information, mailing address, etc. with them prior to having my prescriptions transferred over on my next doctor visit. The doctor transferred everything over to them, and now I am in customer service ***. They canceled the prescriptions for delivery. Contacted... Read more
