On 7-5-16, I received an email from Express Scripts that it was time to refill my 3 maintenance scripts. I had an appointment scheduled with my doctor on 7-19 for my regular check up. This experience relating to IVF drugs (one cycle with self pay around $7-8k total ) and they wanted an out of pocket of $4k while I have $10k insurance of fertility drug coverage!! 1. Anyone who knows about cataract surgery realizes that a number of eye drops are involved. Beware if you schedule the two surgeries too close together. In my case, I needed to complete two bottles of eye drops on the first eye. I also needed to use these sane drops on the second eye. Received approvals for Lyrica and Duloxetine to be used at a Network pharmacy until 12/31/2099. Express Scripts is trying to make me use their home delivery, when my Network pharmacy is less than a mile from me. I was given the approval for Lyrica 2/20/2016. This company is piece of ***. That is with all due respect to ***. Every contact I have ever had with them was awful. If you have ever wondered what the most incompetent company in the world is. Express Scripts is defiantly the answer. You would come out better just not taking the prescribed medication than deal with these jack ***. Read more

I was recently enrolled in Express Scripts and have to say that it is one of THE worst run companies of any type I've dealt with in a long time. Their representatives and supervisors are trained to say NO. They take forever to deliver, hold your needed medication hostage until they receive their $1 co-pay, and force your to speak with overseas reps who barely speak English . Forget their 90 day auto delivery, and forget them as fast as you can.... Read more

express scripts: dr writes rx electronically to drugstore for 90days to be filled 3 times once every 30 days. first one i get has 30 no refills ??? I go to my insurance site, empire bcbs ($108/week!) they have a rx plan administrator, express scripts. They send bills 16 months late and you can't get them to answer the phone to explain. None of the bills show payment even though payment has been made. Their charges don't jive with those from the EOBs (explanation of benefits from the insurance company) which I have in my hand and they over bill for what they should get from the insurance company. why is it ok for express script to hold medication hostage when they are paid on the 6th of the month payment delivered on the 10th they can not find it so they will not send medication, my husband has diabetes and we worked hard to get his blood sugar down to A1C 7.0 and blood sugar to average of 100 now because they charged the insurance and got paid by the insurance company hold the medication until they get good and ready to send it, it has...
